Snapper fish Nori Egg

- 200 grams Snapper Fillet
- 10 stems of Asparagus
- Nori (Seaweed)
- 4 Chicken Eggs
- Flour Bread
- Sesame
- Onion leaves
- Liquid Milk Cow
- Flour cornstarch
- Salted soy Sauce
- Orange Lemon Water
- 50 grams of cheese Quick melt
- Mayonnaise
- Sauce
Prepare all ingredients:
Snapper marinated with lemon juice, soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste, mix
bread crumbs, sesame which has been roasted and sliced spring onions finely. Boil
the asparagus for five minutes and then flush with cold water (blanching).
Cut long snapper box,
wrapped with a mixture of bread crumbs, then fried in hot oil. Make scrambled eggs,
of beaten eggs, milk, cornstarch, green onion finely sliced , salt and pepper
to taste.
Take 1 sheet of fried egg,
put it on top of a row, 1 sheet nori , asparagus , fried snapper already , give
mayonnaise and chili sauce , then roll . Do until nori exhausted. Save on
aluminum foil that has been spread with butter, sprinkle with grated cheese,
dried parsley powder, bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted, remove
from heat and ready to serve.
